Star V USA Return & Refund Policy

At Star V USA, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below before making a purchase.

Returns & Refunds

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

    • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

    • Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is required.

  2. Restocking Fee:

    • A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.

    • The restocking fee covers processing, inspection, and repackaging costs.

  3. Refund Process:

    • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund, minus the restocking fee.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  4. Return Shipping Costs:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Order Cancellations

  1. Before Shipment:

    • If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, a 20% cancellation fee will apply.

    • The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  2. After Shipment:

    • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be processed as a return upon delivery (subject to our return policy).

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom-made, personalized, or special-order items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How to Initiate a Return or Cancellation

European Union 14 day cooling off period

  • Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
