SCG Machines typically are used to make any number of case products, where you are wrapping around and back to itself, by making multiple V grooves to make a box. Other traditional solid surface fabrication or millwork can also be performed as the SCG models are the most versatile machines for V grooving on the market. Machine cut strokes from 24” to 170” are available

Creating a drawer can be done quickly by cutting 5 standard or lock miter V grooves and folding the workpiece into a box shape. Countertop edges, cove back splash profiles, and many other types of grooves can be cut with very high precision since the workpiece is held stationary during the cutting process. A servo driven rear indexer sets the distance from the edge to the groove center on a large touch screen panel. A standard cross tape station either built in or standalone is also provided to allow for quick tape application to the workpiece.

Optional upgrades such as: longer stroke rear indexer, additional front indexer, floating support tables, air conveyor table surfaces, vacuum hold down system and more are all options that can complete these machines.
