Shipping Rates & Methods

  1. Machinery & Equipment (North America)

    • Flat Rate Shipping: All machinery and large equipment shipped within North America (USA, Canada, Mexico) is subject to a flat rate of $3,200 USD

    • This fee covers freight shipping, handling, and basic insurance.

    • Delivery times vary based on location and product availability (typically 7-14 business days).

  2. Non-Machinery Items (Accessories, Parts, etc.)

    • Smaller, non-machinery items are shipped via national carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS).

    • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

    • Delivery times range from 2-7 business days (depending on service selected).

  3. International Shipping (Outside North America)

    • For orders outside North America, shipping costs will be calculated and provided upon request.

    • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.


Order Processing & Transit Times

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

  • Once shipped, tracking information will be emailed to you.

  • Freight shipments may require appointment scheduling for delivery.


Shipping Restrictions

  • Some items may require specialized shipping arrangements (oversized, hazardous materials, etc.).

  • PO Boxes & Remote Locations: Freight shipments cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or certain remote areas; a physical address is required.


Damaged or Lost Shipments
